This claim form is not for premium refunds. To verify a premium refund, please contact us directly by sending an email to claim-service@hansemerkur.nl

We need these documents and data in every claim:

  • Copy of booking confirmation from tour operator
  • Copy of insurance certificate
  • For the transfer of any fees, the recipient's bank details (IBAN and BIC for international payments)
  • Information on payments outside SEPA area: ABA or branch code, routing no. and swift code required
  • Address details of insured person(s)
